Hollie Hansen.
A native to Panama City, I have been blessed to call the Florida Panhandle my home. Even having lived on the beautiful island of the Azores in Portugal for two years, I genuinely believe that nowhere else brings the same diversity and charm that the emerald coast of Northwest Florida does. Something about the snow-white sand, emerald waters, and surrounding country dirt roads always pulls me in and makes it that much easier to genuinely sell forever homes to my customers.
-In my career, only one thing trumps my passion for my hometown – that is, my passion for helping people. In 2005, I became a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent, and I can confidently say that it has been one of my most enjoyable experiences yet. I have met people from all walks and stages of life, and many of them I have created lasting friendships with. At the end of the day, it is always about how I can help somebody in need – the selling is secondary.
-Beyond my role as a Florida REALTOR, in my personal life I am (among other things) a mother, a GiGi, professional relaxer, and lover of any good book. I also love jamming out to “Ice Ice Baby” in my car (partly for myself and partly to embarrass my son and youngest daughter.)
-Anyone who knows me knows that I am, at my very core, a hard worker and I have been involved in various community events and charitable organizations.
-What I find most rewarding at this point in my life is helping your family and friends build dreams one home at a time.

My family moved to the panhandle 30 years ago when I was a young teen and I grew up working and going to school in the surrounding area. After high school, I moved through the ranks of Pizza Hut; working in Bonifay, Chipley, Geneva, and Defuniak Springs while attending classes at Chipola Jr College in Marianna and Florida State University Panama City Campus. My formal education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Master’s of Business Administration from Florida State University Panama City Campus.
I moved to Lynn Haven at the beginning of 1999 to open the first Tropical Smoothie in Bay County. Being one of the first 20 franchises, I know how to market and familiarize consumers with new products. Over the next 14 years, I opened 3 more Tropical Smoothie Cafe franchises, 1 cafeteria, was Director of Operations of a retail operation, and was Director of the local Tropical Smoothie Cafe Marketing Co-op.
My wife and I have been married for 20 years and have two beautiful children. With them is where I spend most of my free time; swimming, walking, extracurricular activities, and just general playing!
I give 100% to everything I do and have always been in the customer satisfaction business. Let me put my skills to work for you.
